Returns & Refunds


Returns:

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For your return to be valid the item must be in the same condition it was sent/received. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is packaged well enough for its postal return, because of this we request that the item is returned in it’s original packaging or packaging of similar likeness to ensure it is returned safely.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@amberscrystalcave.com. We ask that you contact us first before sending any item back so we can either try to resolve the issue or help you with the return.

Returns are at payable by the customer and not Amber’s Crystal Cave. The shipping label will be sent once payment has been made.

Refunds:

Once we have received your item it will be checked over to ensure that no damage has occured and you will be advised as to whether your return has been accepted. If your return is accepted you will be refunded back to your original payment method (this can take 5-7 working days to show in your account).

If your item is faulty, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. In order to process a refund for any faulty item, we must either receive photographic evidence of the fault, or the item be returned to us. If the item can be replaced, such as jewellery or non one off items, please contact us so we can arrange for you to return to us and a replacement can be sent.

Please note: without evidence of the fault or a returned item, we cannot offer a refund.

Items Damaged on Arrival back to us

If any part of your item is damaged on its arrival to you please contact us straight away so we can resolve the issue. You can contact us through info@amberscrystalcave.com. Please provide pictures of the damaged item, and the packaging as it arrived to you, including the shipping label on the box. This helps us to communicate properly with Royal Mail and get the issue resolved on our end, and would be greatly appreciated.

If your item has been damaged in transit we will either offer you a replacement to the same value, a gift card of the same value or a refund to your original payment method.
